The New York Landmarks Conservancy concurs with comments from Landmark West!
 that the tower at 2800 Broadway aka 255 West 108th Street would have an adverse impact on nearby historic resources,
 and that per FCC Form 620, a Cultural Resources Report is required as there are there more than 10 historic properties
 for adverse and visual effect within the APE.
